Message from Zhongshan Foreign Affairs Bureau
To all foreign nationals in Zhongshan,
Through a period of arduous efforts to fight the COVID-19 epidemic, China’s domestic situation continues to improve. Epidemic prevention and containment is now conducted on a regular basis and people from all walks of life are gradually returning to their normal work routine and life style. We hereby extend our gratitude to all foreign friends for your cooperation and support for the epidemic control of Zhongshan.
Currently, the government is still carrying out epidemic prevention and containment methodically. As to the individual level, everyone is primarily responsible for their own health. Therefore, each and every one in the city need to be constantly alert and rational, and adopt correct epidemic control methods, so as to protect yourself and the people around you.
First, develop and keep correct health-related habits. Wear facial mask in an appropriate manner, maintain good hand hygiene, and keep indoor space well-ventilated.
Second, reduce gatherings, keep reasonable social distance, and try to avoid places that are crowded and poorly ventilated.
Third, if not necessary, do no visit regions of medium or high risk. If you have to go, you are advised to learn about the epidemic control measures of the destination in advance and fully protect yourself during your tour.
Fourth, if symptoms like fever, cough, and diarrhea occur, please go to a medical institution to seek assistance in time and wear a facial mask during your whole trip.
Fifth, please cooperate with all epidemic control requirements and truthfully report your health-related information. If you return from regions of medium or high risk, you shall take the initiative to report to your community (village) and employer and cooperate with nucleic acid testing and quarantine needs.

一時期の苦しい努力を通じて、わが国の新型コロナウイルスによる肺炎感染疫病予防・抑制事態がますます収束しており、常態化の段階に入ることになり、社会各界が次第に正常の働く活動、生活活動に戻れることになってまいります。このたび、中山市に来られた海外の皆さんのご協力とご支持に感謝の意を表します。
今のところ、当市政府が疫病予防・抑制活動を順調に展開しております。個人にとって、自分自身が健康の一番目の責任者として、いつも緊張と理性をもって正しく予防活動を実行し、自分と他人の健康を守るべきです。
一、健康的な生活習慣を身につけ、正しくマスクを着用し、よく手を洗い、室内での通気性を確保してください。
二、集会を減少し、近距離で他の人と交流することを避け、人が集まる場所と通気性の悪い室内に行かないよう心掛けてください。
三、特別な事情がない限り、できるだけ感染危険性の高い地域に行かないようにしてください。行かざるを得ない場合、事前に目的地の予防要求を遵守し、個人の保護対策をしっかり実行してください。
四、もし発熱、咳、下痢等の症状が現われたら、マスクを着用の上、速やかに医療機関で診察を受けてください。
五、自覚して予防対策措置へご協力すること、自分の健康情報をありのままにご提供ください。感染危険性の高い地域から中山市に来られた場合、自発的にコミュにティ（村）、出勤機関へご報告し、サンプル採取と医学観察隔離等の措置へのご協力をお願いします。

A través de los esfuerzos duros, la situación de la epidemia en China sigue mejorando. Ahora entramos en la regular prevención y control de la epidemia. Todos los círculos sociales van retornando a la normalidad. Por el presente, quisieramos extender nuestros agradecimientos a todos los amigos extranjeros por las cooperaciones y los soportes a la prevención y el control de la epidemia en Zhongshan.
Ahora, la prevención y el control de la epidemia siguen en marcha. Cada uno es el primer responsable de su propia salud. Debe tener en cuenta las medidas de la prevención y el control de la epidemia para proteger a sí mismo y a los demás.
Primero, forme y mantenga buenas costumbres de sanidad. Llévese la mascarilla de forma correcta, lave las manos con frecuencia y mantenga buena ventilación interior.
Segundo, evite las reuniones, mantenga la distancia adecuada de trato social, evite ir a lugares con concentración de gente y poca ventilación.

Cuarto, diríjase al hospital inmediatamente con mascarilla si se siente enfermo con fiebre, tos, diarrea u otros síntomas.
Quinto, colabore en la prevención y el control de la epidemia e informar el estado de salud con veracidad. Si regresa de las zonas de medio o alto riesgo de epidemia, tome la iniciativa de informar al barrio (aldea), empresas y instituciones y colaborar en la prevención y el control de la epidemia tales como hacerse pruebas de ácido nucleico y la cuarentena.

五是自觉配合各项防疫工作，如实填报健康信息。从中高风险地区返回，应主动向社区（村）、单位报告，并配合开展核酸检测、隔离等防控工作。
