Response to Major Public Health Emergency in Zhongshan Adjusted to Second Level
As from 9:00 of February 24, 2020, Guangdong Province has adjusted its response level to the novel coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) from the first level of provincial major public health emergency to second. According to the relevant national laws and regulations and the Guangdong Provincial Emergency Plan for Public Health Emergencies, and considering the current situation of COVID-19 prevention and control in Zhongshan, Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters of Zhongshan City has decided that the emergency response to COVID-19 in Zhongshan will be adjusted from the first level to the second level of municipal major public health emergency response from 12:00 of February 24, 2020 on.
All departments at all levels should continue to follow the requirements of area-based and level-based measures, implement policies accurately based on the characteristics of Zhongshan and the epidemic situation, and promote the work of prevention and control as well as economic and social development.

中山市の重大突発的公衆衛生事件に対する第一級の応急対応から第二級へ調整
2020年2月24日9時より、広東省新型コロナウイルスによる肺炎の予防抑制に関する応急対応レベルについては、省突発的公衆衛生事件に対する第一級の応急対応から第二級へ調整した。国家の関連する法律・法規の規定および「広東省突発的公衆衛生事件への応急対策案」に基づき、現在中山市の新型コロナウイルスによる肺炎の予防抑制情勢を踏まえ、中山市新型コロナウイルスによる肺炎の予防抑制作業指揮部は、2020年2月24日12時より、中山市の疫病予防抑制に関する応急対応レベルを市重大突発的公衆衛生事件に対する第一級の応急対応から第二級応急対応に調整することを決定した。
各部門が区・等級別予防抑制活動の要求事項に準拠し、中山市の実際特徴および疫病情勢を踏まえて、感染の予防抑制および経済社会の発展活動を統合的に推進するようにしてください。

Zhongshan baja la respuesta a la emergencia de la sanidad pública de Nivel 1 a Nivel 2
Desde las nueve horas del días 24 de febrero de 2020, respecto al nivel de prevención y control de la neumonía del coronavirus (“la neumonía” en adelante) en Guangdong, se ha bajado la respuesta a la emergencia de la sanidad pública de Nivel 1 a Nivel 2. De acuerdo con las normativas pertinentes y el “Programa
de emergencia para acotecimientos imprevistos de sanidad pública de Guangdong”, basándose en la situación actual de prevención y control de la neumonía en la ciudad Zhongshan, la Oficina de Dirección de Prevención y Control de la Neumodía del Coronavirus de Zhongshan decide bajar la respuesta a la emergencia de la sanidad públicade Nivel 1 a Nivel 2 desde las doce horas del días 24 de febrero de 2020.
Los departamentos de todos los niveles tienen que seguir trabajando para la prevención y el control de la neumonía siguiendo los requisitos de su nivel correspondiente. Deben tomar medidas de acuerdo con las características y la situación actual de la ciudad Zhongshan, organizar y promover tanto la prevención y el control de la neumonía como el desarrollo económico y social.

중산시중대돌발공공위생사건1급대응에서 2급으로 조정
2020년2월24일9시 부터 광동성 신종코로나19전염병예방통제긴급대책 레벨을 성급중대돌발공공위생사건1급대응에서 2급으로 조정한다. 중국중앙정부의 관련 법규, 법율, “광동성돌발공공위생사건응급예안” 에 근거하여, 또 중산시 당전 신종코로나19전염병예방통제 실정에 비추어 중산시신종코로나19전염병예방통제지휘부에서는 2020년2월24일 12부터 중산시신종코로나19전염병병긴급대응 레벨을 시급중대돌발공공위생사건 1급에서 2급으로 조정한다.
중산시 소속 각급각부문은 區/級별 예방통제작업요구 및 중산시 실정과 현지 예방통제 실정에 비추어 정확하고 세밀한 대응책을 구안하여 전염병예방통제와 지역사회발전 및 경제발전의 전반적인 추진을 확보하도록 한다.

自2020年2月24日9时起，广东省新冠肺炎疫情防控应急响应级别由省重大突发公共卫生事件一级响应调整为二级响应。根据国家有关法律法规规定和《广东省突发公共卫生事件应急预案》，结合我市当前新冠肺炎疫情防控形势，中山市新冠肺炎疫情防控指挥部决定，自2020年2月24日12时起，将我市新冠肺炎疫情防控应急响应级别由市重大突发公共卫生事件一级响应调整为二级响应。
请各级各部门继续按照分区分级防控工作要求，根据中山特点和疫情形势精准施策，统筹推进疫情防控和经济社会发展工作。
