A Letter to Friends Coming to Zhongshan
Dear friends,
At present, the situation for the novel coronavirus epidemic is severe, and the number of the suspected cases found in Zhongshan increases day by day! Now it is a peak time for people returning after the Spring Festival which is a sensitive period for virus spreading and most importantly, a critical period for epidemic prevention and control. The Zhongshan Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government are trying every means to prevent and control the epidemic and all the citizens are uniting together to fight against the epidemic jointly. We sincerely welcome every friend coming to Zhongshan and make every effort to guarantee your health. Please cooperate with us in the following work:
I. If you come to Zhongshan from the epicenter, please record the time of coming, mode of transportation and transportation details (license plate, ticket, flight number and seat number). If you have a fixed residence, please report to the village (community) committee upon your arrival or call the public inquiry hotlines of the township that you are in for registration. Please stay at home for quarantine and medical observation for 14 days. If you haven’t a fixed residence, please go to the designated hotel/place for quarantine and medical observation for 14 days. Please strictly follow the guidance and service of the village (community) committee or the designated hotel/place.
II. If you come from other places rather than the epicenter, please pay attention to the health status of yourself and your family members every day. From the date of arrival, you should accept quarantine and medical observation for 14 days and do not participate in parties and group activities. If you really need to go out, please wear a mask, try not to the poor ventilated public places, and try to keep a distance of more than 1 meter when talking with others. After you get home, please wash your hands immediately for personal protection. If you have a fever, cough, fatigue and other symptoms, please go to the nearest hospital with fever clinic timely. If you need to go a hospital, try not to take buses. Walking, driving or taking a taxi would be recommended. If you are seriously ill, you can call 120 for help. Please inform your doctor of your travel and contact experience and if the people around you have the similar disease, follow the guidance of the medical staff, and cooperate with the medical staff to conduct epidemiological investigation and provide true and detailed information. If you intentionally conceal the travel or contact experience in epicenter, and thus causing serious effect, legal actions will be taken against you.
III. Please pay attention to environment and personal hygiene, keep your house well ventilated, keep an optimistic attitude, have good rest and nutrition, improve your health status, wash your hands frequently, and do not spit. Cover your mouth and nose with tissue or elbow when sneezing or coughing and avoid contact with patients with respiratory tract infection.
V. Please abide by the social morality and all the regulations and requirements during the epidemic prevention and control period, do a good job in personal protection, avoid endangering the health of others and affecting public safety. Actively cooperate with the relevant government departments, disease control institutions and medical institutions on taking such preventive and control measures as health status report, epidemiological investigation, inspection, sample collection, quarantine and medical observation, isolation treatment for the epidemic prevention and control purpose. Those who refuse to cooperate will be enforced according to law.
V． If you come to Zhongshan from the epicenter and do not have a fixed residence, please go to the designated hotel/place in our city for a quarantine and medical observation, and follow the guidance and arrangement of medical staff. The designated hotel/place has been disinfected and the staff has been well trained, so don’t be worried. 現在、新型コロナウィルスによる肺炎感染の疫病予防・抑制事態は刻々と深刻化しており、当市では毎日疑わしい症例がだんだん増えています。現在は春運で人の移動が多い期間のピーク期にあたり、これはコロナウィルスの感染拡大の敏感期であり、更に疫病予防・抑制・阻止の闘いを進める肝心な時期でもあります。中山市委員会、市政府は全市の力を挙げて疫病予防・抑制活動を展開し、全市民が上下一心で一致団結、城のように強固な決心を持ちまして疫病に打ち勝とうとしています。中山市には来られた皆様に、誠に心から歓迎いたし、あなたの健康を守るために全力を尽くしますので、皆様も以下のご協力をいただきますようお願いします。
一、疫病の発生地から中山市に来られたかたは、中山市に来た時間、手段、列車番号（ナンバープレート、切符、フライトナンバー、座席番号）を記入してください。固定の居所がある場合は、到着日に遅滞なく居所地の村（住民）委員会に報告するか、所属する町のお問い合わせ電話を通じて申告するとともに、14日間自宅隔離や医学観察を行うようにしてください。固定の居所がない場合は、指定されたホテル/場所で14日間の医学観察隔離をしてください。居所地の村（住民）委員会または指定ホテル/場所の労働者の管理とサービスを自覚してお受けください。
二、他の地域から中山市に来られた方は、毎日ご自分およびご家族の健康状態に心がけてください。中山市に到着した日から、通常14日間にわたる観察する必要があります。パーティーや集団活動への参加を避けるようにしてください。やむを得ずに外に出る必要がある場合は、必ずマスクを着用してください。また、換気の悪い公共の場所に行くことを避けて、人と話をする時はできるだけ1メートル以上の距離を保ち、帰宅後は早めに手を洗い、個人保護対策をしっかり取るようにしてください。発熱、咳、だるさなどの症状があれば、すぐ近くに発熱診察科が設置されている病院で診察をお受けください。医療機関への移動はできるだけ路線バスを避けて、徒歩、セルフドライブやタクシーで行くことをお進めします。症状が重篤な場合は、救急電話（120）をかけて助けを求めてください。医師に旅行歴、接触歴、周囲の人に類似例があるかどうかを自ら進んで告知し、医療関係者の指示に従うとともに、医療関係者と協力して疫学調査を行い、ありのままの詳細な情報を提供してください。故意に疫病の発生地、旅行歴、接触歴を隠して重大な影響を及ぼした場合は、法的責任を追及することになります。
三、環境と個人の衛生に注意し、住まいの換気をよくし、楽観的な気持ちを保ち、適切な休憩と栄養をし、体質を強化し、常に手を洗い、みだりに痰を吐かないでください。くしゃみや咳が出た際には、ティッシュや袖で口や鼻を覆ってください。呼吸器感染症患者への接触をお避けください。
四、公序良俗を遵守し、疫病予防・抑制期間の諸規定および要求を遵守し、個人の保護対策を十分に自覚し、他人の健康を害したり、公共の安全に影響を与えたりしないでください。政府の関連部門、疾病管理機関、医療機関が疫病予防・抑制のために採用した健康状況の申告、疫学調査、検査、サンプル採取、医学観察隔離、隔離治療などの予防とコントロール措置に積極的にご協力ください。協力を拒否する者に対しては、法により強制します。

당전, 우한폐렴(신종코로나바이러스폐렴)예방통제사태는아주심각하고중산시의심환자수도지속증가중입니다. 또설후직장복귀인파가몰려바이러스확산방지에아주불리한시기이며또전염병예방통제전의관건시기이기도합니다. 중국공산당 중산시위원회및중산시정부는전력으로전염병예방통제사업을추진하여시민들과함께일심전력으로전염병예방통제의승리를거두기에힘쓰고 있습니다.

1.전염병발원지로부터중산에오시는분은도착하시게되는일정,이동방식,열차번호(자가용차번호,열차승차권,비행기편번호,좌석번호)를잘기록관리하여주시고; 중산시에고정주거지가있으실경우, 도착하는당일로소재지행정촌(주거단지)관리부서나 鎭/區관리부서에서공개한상담전화를이용하여보고하며자택에서 14일간의학격리감시를받으셔야합니다. 고정주거지가없는분은지정된호텔/장소로이동하여 14일간의학격리감시를받으셔야합니다. 주동적으로소재지행정촌(주거단지)관리부서나지정호텔/장소관리요원의관리와서비스에호응하시기바랍니다.
2.기타지역에서중산에오시는분은매일자신및가족의건강상태를유의하여모니터링하시며또중산시에도착하는날부터 14일간모니터링이필요합니다.친척방문이나행사모임및기타파티등장소를피면하며출입시에는꼭마스크를착용하시기바랍니다. 통풍상태가안좋은장소는피면하며다른사람과미팅시 1미터이상거리를확보하시길권장하며귀가하신후일단손씻기부터하시기바랍니다. 만일발영증상이나기침,무기력등증상이발생하면즉시인근병원의발열진찰실로이동하셔야합니다. 병원에이동하실때가능한뻐스등공중교통을피면하시고자가용이나택시및도보로이동하시기바랍니다. 확실히증상이심하여불편하실경우 120 긴급전화로구호차를신청하시기바랍니다.또자발적으로의사에게동선,타인접촉이력,및주변사람중유사증상이있는지를보고하여야하며의무요원의지시에따라전염병학적조사에호응하며될수록자상한정보를제출하시길바랍니다.전염병증상이나기타관련정보를허위로보고하였을경우그후과에대해법적인책임을묻게됨을사전알려드리는바입니다.
3.개인위생과환경위생을잘관리하시고집안의통풍상태를관리하며낙관적인태도로충분한 휴식및영양섭취에유의하고체질증강에힘쓰며손씻기를견지하고함부로가래를뱉는일이없도록해야합니다. 또재채기나기침할때는종이나팔꿉으로막아야합니다. 호흡기관감염증상이있는타인과의접촉을피면해야합니다.

Una carta a los amigos de Zhongshan
Queridos amigos de Zhongshan:
En la actualidad, estamos frente a una delicada situación de la prevención y control de la epidemia de neumonía del nuevo coronavirus. ¡El número de casos sospechosos no deja de crecer diariamente! Ahora es el período pico del retorno a Zhongshan de los ciudadanos que han estado en sus ciudades o pueblos natales durante las vacaciones del Año Nuevo Chino, que es un período sensible para la propagación del virus y también un período crítico para la prevención y control de la epidemia. 各位来中山的朋友：
当前，防控新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情形势十分严峻，我市每天收治疑似病例不断增加！现在正值春运人流返程高峰期，这是病毒扩散敏感期，更是疫情防控阻击战关键期。中山市委、市政府正举全市之力组织开展疫情防控工作，全市人民上下一心、团结一致、众志成城对抗疫情。对每一位来中山的朋友，我们诚挚欢迎，全力做好您的健康保障工作，也敬请您配合做好以下工作：
一、从疫情发生地来中山的人员，请您记录来中山的时间、方式、车次（车牌、车票、航班号、座位号）；有固定住所的，请您在抵达之日第一时间主动向住地村（居）委会或通过所在镇区公众咨询电话申报，并请您居家隔离医学观察14天；无固定住所的，请您到指定酒店/场所进行隔离医学观察14天。请自觉接受住地村（居）委会或指定酒店/场所工作人员的管理和服务。
二、从其他地区来中山的人员，请您每日留心观察自己及家人的健康状况，自抵中山之日起，一般需要观察14天。避免参加聚会和集体活动。确需外出活动的，请务必佩戴口罩，尽量避免到通风不良的公共场所，与别人谈话时尽量保持1米以上距离，回家后请第一时间洗手，做好个人防护。如有发热、咳嗽、乏力等症状，及时前往就近设有发热门诊的医院就医。前往医疗机构应当尽量避免乘坐公交，您可以步行、自驾或者乘坐出租车前往。确实病情危重的，可以拨打120急救电话求助。请主动告知医生旅行史、接触史，及周围人员中是否有类似病例，听从医务人员指引，并配合医务人员进行流行病学调查，提供真实详尽信息。蓄意隐瞒疫情发生地旅行史、接触史造成严重影响的，将依法追究法律责任。
三、请您注意环境和个人卫生，保持住所通风良好，保持乐观心态，注意休息和营养，增强体质，勤洗手，不随地吐痰。打喷嚏或咳嗽时用纸巾或袖肘遮住口、鼻。避免接触呼吸道感染病人。
四、请您遵守社会公德，遵守疫情防控期间的各项规定和要求，自觉做好个人防护，避免危害他人健康，影响公共安全。积极配合政府有关部门、疾控机构、医疗机构为防控疫情采取的健康状况申报、流行病学调查、检验、采集样本、隔离医学观察、隔离治疗等预防、控制措施。对拒不配合的人员，将依法强制。
