On the evening of January 23, Guangdong Province initiated a first-level response to major public health emergencies in the province. In light of the situation in Zhongshan City, the leadership team for the prevention and control of pneumonia caused by new coronavirus has decided to start the city's first-level response to major public health emergencies. First, all celebrating events for the festival are suspended.
Second, public places such as museums, gyms, libraries, theaters, scenic spots, and parks are temporarily closed.
Third, Flower Market for the Spring Festival will be closed. Large shopping malls should be well ventilated and disinfected and the service time should be shortened as much as possible.

Fifth, comprehensively strengthen quarantine inspection in means of transportation. Body temperature monitoring, ventilation and disinfection, shall be implemented in all stations, ports, railway stations, and bus stops. People entering and exiting must cooperate with body temperature measurement.
Sixth, travellers from Wuhan City who plan to come to Zhongshan for tourism or visiting purposes are advised not to. People who have been to Wuhan or come from Wuhan recently are advised to be quarantined at home, have body temperature taken morning and evening, and accept the assistance of local community health service centers.
Seventh, the public is advised to suspend visiting relatives and friends, suspend receiving relatives and friends, and try to avoid eating out.
Eighth, citizens who go to public places must wear masks.
Ninth, be ware of the risks of travel and avoid traveling or staying in affected areas.

1月23日夜、広東省は重大突発性公共衛生事態の最高レベル対策を開始しました。同市の予防、管理の状況を加味し、中山市の新型のコロナウィルスによるとみられる肺炎の予防、管理リーダーチームは重大突発性公共衛生事態の最高レベルを発令し、市民の皆さんの健康と安全を確保するため、最高レベルの要求に基づき以下の公告を行いました。
一、全市におけるすべての新年イベントを一時中止します。
二、博物館、体育館、図書館、映画館、観光地、公園等、公共活動が行われるエリアをすべて一時閉鎖します。
三、旧正月の春節花市を中止します。また、大型ショッピングモールの通気性確保、消毒を徹底し、営業時間を短縮します。
四、各種研修をすべて一時中止します。教育体育部門は、状況に応じ、始業日を先送りします。
五、交通機関の検疫を強化し、全市のバスターミナル、客運送の埠頭、鉄道駅、バス停などで体温計測の実施、通気性確保、消毒を行います。出入りする者は体温計測に協力する必要があります。
六、武漢市から中山市を訪問する観光客などはすべて退去を求めます。ここ数日で武漢への訪問歴があり、既に中山市に滞在している人は、周りの人から隔離し、毎日朝晩に体温測定を行うと共に、所在地付近の衛生サービスセンターの係員に御申し出ください。
七、親戚、友人周りのための外出やお客様受け入れを一時中止し、できるだけ外食しないよう、提案します。

Por la noche del 23 de enero, la provincia de Guangdong inició la respuesta del primer nivel a la emergencia de la sanidad pública. Basándose en la situación actual de la prevención y control del virus de Zhongshan, el Equipo Dirigente para la Prevención y Control de la Neumonía Causada por el Nuevo Coronavirus de Zhongshan ha decidido iniciar la respuesta del primer nivel a la emergencia de la sanidad pública. Con el fin de asegurar la seguridad sanitaria de todos los ciudadanos, se anuncia lo siguiente conforme a las exigencias de la respuesta del primer nivel a la emergencia:
Primero. Suspender todas las celebraciones festivales de la ciudad.
Segundo. Cerrar temporalmente todos los museos, polideportivos, bibliotecas, cines, sitios turísticos, parques y demás sitios de actividades públicas.

Todas las personas que salgan y entren deberían colaborarse para la medición de la temperatura.
Sexto. Disuadir a todos los viajeros provenientes de Wuhan que quieran venir a Zhongshan a viajar o visitar amigos o familia. A los ciudadanos que hayan ido últimamente a Wuhan o provengan de Wuhan les recomendamos que se pongan en cuarentena en casa, midan la temperatura por la mañana y la noche, y así como reciban la asistencia del personal de los centros sanitarios comunitarios.

1월 23일 저녁, 광동성에서 공중 위생 비상사태 1급 단계를 발령하였습니다, 이에 따라 중산시의 방역 상황을 고려하여, 중산시 신종코로나 바이러스 폐렴 대책반에서는 이에 상응하여 공중 위생 비상사태 1급 단계를 발령하기로 결정하였으며, 시민 여러분의 건강과 안전보호를 위해 아래의 공지사항을 안내 드립니다:
첫째, 시내 모든 춘절관련 활동 전면 중단.
둘째, 박물관, 체육관, 도서관, 영화관, 관광지, 공원 등 공공시설의 활동 전면 폐쇄 및 중단.
셋째, 꽃시장 전면 중단, 대형 상가는 환기 및 소독을 철저히 실시하며, 운영 시간 축소 실시.
넷째, 모든 교육 분야 시설 전면 중단, 교육부서는 전염병의 실시 공고내용을 고려하여 개학시간 지연 실시.
다섯째, 전 교통시설 검역 강화 진행, 중산시 모든 터미널, 항구, 지하철역, 버스 정거장 등의 교통시설 구역 환기 및 소독 진행, 동시에 체온검사를 실시하며, 교통시설을 이용하는 인원은 체온 검사에 대해 적극적인 협조가 필요
여섯째, 중산시로 여행 목적으로 오는 우한 관강객, 친구 및 친적들의 방문 목적으로 오는 우한 인원들은 돌아갈 것을 권고. 또한, 최근 우한을 방문하였거나, 우한에서 왔으며 중산시에 거주하는 인원은 집에서만 지내는 것으로 격리조치를 권고하고, 아침,저녁 수시로 체온 검사를 권고; 거주하는 구역의 위생 보건 중심센터 직원의 협조를 요구할 것을 권고.
일곱째, 친구 및 친척 방문 목적의 외출 및 집안 초대를 삼가기를 권장하며, 외출 및 회식을 피하기를 권장.
여덟째, 공공장소의 시민들은 필히 마스크 착용
아홉째, 여행의 위험성을 인지하고, 전염병이 있는 지역을 여행하거나 거주하는 것은 삼가기를 권장.

1月23日晚，广东省启动省重大突发公共卫生事件一级响应，结合中山市防控形势，中山市防控新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情工作领导小组决定启动重大突发公共卫生事件一级响应，为确保广大人民群众的健康安全，根据一级响应的要求作出以下公告：
一是全市所有节庆活动全部暂停举办。
二是博物馆、体育馆、图书馆、影剧院、景区、公园等公共活动场所全部暂时关闭。
三是停止迎春花市，大型商场做好通风消毒并且尽量缩短服务时间。
四是各类培训全部暂停，教体部门将根据疫情进展公告推迟开学时间。
五是全面加强交通检疫，全市车站、码头、城轨站、公共汽车站等交通站点全部实施体温监测、通风消毒、出入人员必须配合检测体温。
六是计划来中山的武汉游客及探亲访友人员全部劝退，近期去过武汉和来自武汉现已在中山人员建议居家隔离，早晚监测体温，接受所在地社区卫生服务中心人员的协助。
七是建议市民暂停外出探亲访友、暂缓接待亲友来访，尽量避免外出聚餐。
八是到公共场所的市民必须戴口罩。
九是认识旅行风险，避免到有疫情的地区旅游和居住。
十是不传谣、不信谣，自觉维护社会稳定。
