Notice of Adjusting Epidemic Prevention and Control Measures

To carry out epidemic prevention and control on a regular basis, and gradually restore social production and living order, upon the approval of the Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters of Zhongshan City, the epidemic prevention and control measures of Zhongshan are adjusted as follows:

1.The public shall avoid unnecessary travel out of Zhongshan or Guangdong Province. If it is necessary to leave the province, please learn about the epidemic control requirements of your destination in advance and cooperate with the measures. If you return to Zhongshan from outside Guangdong, please report to your employer and community immediately and follow health management measures according to instructions.

2.From 24:00 of August 4 on, restrictions on control areas in Torch Development Zone are lifted. Entertainment venues, indoor cultural and sports venues, wholesale markets, training institutes, and after-school care agencies in Torch Development Zone that meet epidemic control requirements can reopen. It is encouraged to order takeaways from restaurants and the number of dine-in guests shall be no more than 50% of the total reception capacity. The number of guests in each private room shall be no more than 10.

3. All business units, service providers and reception sites shall fulfil their primary responsibility for epidemic prevention and control earnestly and make sure measures including body temperature taking, travel history check, wearing facial masks, ventilation, cleaning and sanitation are implemented.

4.The public shall continue to maintain good personal protection, avoid unnecessary gathering, keep good habits, and monitor everyday health condition. If symptoms occur, seek medical assistance in the nearest fever clinic immediately and report your epidemiological history to the doctor truthfully.

The notice comes into effect at the time it is published.

中山市新冠肺炎疫情防控指挥部办公室关于调整相关疫情防控管理措施的通告

为做好常态化疫情防控工作，有序恢复社会生产生活秩序，经市新冠肺炎疫情防控指挥部同意，现就中山市相关疫情防控管理措施调整如下：

一、广大市民群众非必要不出市、不出省，确有必要出省的，请提前了解并配合目的地疫情防控工作的有关要求。自省外返回中山的，务必第一时间向所在单位、社区报告，按有关防疫要求落实健康管理措施。

二、自8月4日24时起，火炬开发区现有管控区域解封。火炬开发区范围内娱乐场所、室内文化体育场所、批发市场、培训机构、托管机构，符合有关防疫要求的，有序恢复营业。餐饮场所提倡打包，堂食按接待能力的50%实行限流，每个包房不超过10人。

三、各类服务和接待场所、经营单位等要切实履行疫情防控主体责任，落实体温必测、行程必查、口罩必戴以及现场通风、清洁消毒等防控措施。

四、广大市民群众要继续做好个人防护，非必要不聚集，保持良好生活习惯，每天进行自我健康监测，如有不适症状，立即就近前往医疗机构发热门诊就诊，如实告知流行病学史。
