The aforementioned people please cooperate with the following work: 

1. Monitor personal health, take the initiative to report to your community, village, employer, and hotel immediately and carry out health management following the guidelines of epidemic prevention personnel.

2. Check your health code. If you find your health code turn yellow, please go to the nearest Yellow Code Nucleic Acid Test Point of a medical institution to have a test while ensuring personal protective measures. Once you have a negative result, the health code will turn green. Delayed testing might result in inconvenience. If you find your health code turn red, please contact your community health center as soon as possible. They will verify your information and provide further instructions.

3. All communities and organizations shall check for people with the aforementioned travel or living history and carry out the aforesaid health management measures.

1.做好个人防护，主动、迅速向所在社区（村居）、所在单位、所在酒店报备相关情况，配合防疫人员的指引开展健康管理。

2.查看自身粤康码。如果查验自身健康码显示为黄码，请做好个人防护，尽快到就近医疗机构的“黄码”核酸检测点进行检测，检测结果阴性即转为绿码。如不及时检测，可能对您生活带来不便。如果查验自身健康码显示为红码，请尽快与属地社区卫生服务中心联系，配合防疫人员完成信息核实和下一步健康管理。

3.请各社区和各单位主动加强排查，排查出上述人员，参照以上要求开展健康管理。
