To facilitate the COVID-19 vaccination of expats in Zhongshan, Zhongshan Foreign Affairs Bureau has compiled the following guide for your reference.
为协助我市外籍人士顺利接种新冠疫苗，中山市外事局制作了以下接种流程指引供读者参考。
01 预约
Make an appointment
Before going to an inoculation site, expats need to contact their town or district to register their information, or submit their information in the online system created by Zhongshan Foreign Affairs Bureau to make an appointment, and wait for further notice.
前往接种点前，外籍人士应先在所在镇区或中山市外事局的信息登记平台提交预约信息，并等候进一步通知。

02 前往接种点
Go to the inoculation site
收到预约信息后，接种点将统筹安排外籍人士接种时间，并在时间确定后，通过短信的形式通知外籍人士在指定时间前往指定地点进行接种。
Upon receiving the information, the inoculation site will arrange for the vaccination time of all registered expats. A text message notice will be sent to expats to inform them the designated time and location of vaccination after the appointment is successfully made.
目前，我市外籍人士统一接种点在中山火炬国际会展中心2号馆（火炬开发区康乐大道18号）。
Currently the designation site of vaccination for expats is in Venue 2 of the International Convention and Exhibition Center of Torch Development Zone (18 Kang Le Avenue, Torch Development Zone).

30分钟后，如无异常症状，向工作人员出示接种时间记录并离开。等候第二针注射通知。
After 30 minutes, if no symptom occurs, show your injection time record to the staff and leave.
Wait for notice of second shot.
04 交费指引
Payment Guide
在中山火炬国际会展中心接种的自费外籍人士需通过中山火炬开发区医院微信公众号进行自助缴费，建议外籍人士在前往接种点前先通过以下方式绑定个人信息，以便节省现场等待时间。
Self-funded expats vaccinated in the International Convention and Exhibition Center of Torch Development Zone will need to pay their fee via the wechat public account of Zhongshan Torch Development Zone Hospital. Expats are advised to register their information in the wechat service through the following steps before going to the inoculation site, so as to reduce on-site waiting time.

完成信息绑定。在接种现场登记后，扫描工作人员提供的二维码进行付款。

为更好地避免现场语言沟通障碍，使接种过程顺利进行，建议不通中文的外籍人士可带一位通中文的亲友同行。
To better avoid problems caused by language barriers, non-Chinese speaking expats are also advised to bring a Chinese-speaking companion with them to assist the vaccination process.
