One positive COVID-19 case(Case 1,surnamed Li)was found on January 13 in Tanzhou town,Zhongshan city.On the evening of January 14,Zhongshan held the 83rd press briefing on epidemic prevention and control,announcing that gene sequencing indicated the patient was infected with the Omicron variant.

Zhongshan then started a city-wide nucleic acid testing on January 14.By 21:00 January 15,about 5.122 million samples were collected,4.829 million of which have reported negative and the remaining results are awaited.

An asymptomatic case was newly found among Li’s close contacts.

Case 2:Surnamed Liang,39-year-old female,lives in Qianjin No.2 Road,Tanzhou’s Longtang.She was identified as one of Li’s same-workshop close contacts on January 13 and was transferred to the designated hotel for quarantine the same day.Her nucleic acid testing results were negative on January 13 and 14 but was positive on January 15.

At present,Liang has been sent to the designated hospital for quarantine and treatment,her contacts are under investigation,and relevant living and working areas of her are under management and control.Terminal disinfection has been implemented in key places she visited.

中山市新增报告1例无症状感染者

1月13日，我市在坦洲镇发现1例新冠病毒核酸阳性个案。14日晚，中山举行第83场疫情防控工作新闻发布会，据了解，阳性个案基因测序初步判断为奥密克戎变异株。

1月14日，我市开展全员核酸检测。截至1月15日21时，我市本轮核酸大筛查累计完成采样512.1936万人，已出结果482.8775万人，全部阴性，其余结果待出。

在1月13日发现的1例新冠病毒核酸阳性个案李某某的密接隔离人员中新发现1例无症状感染者。

相关情况如下：

病例2：梁某某，女，39岁，日常租住在坦洲镇龙塘前进二路，1月13日被甄别为病例（李某某）同车间密切接触者，当日下午转运至隔离酒店集中隔离，1月13日和14日核酸检测均为阴性，1月15日核酸检测阳性。

目前已将该患者转送至定点医疗机构隔离治疗，相关密接及次密接人员正在排查中，其居住、工作场所已实施管控，个案活动过的重点场所已实施终末消毒。
