A Letter to Zhongshan Citizens
Dear citizens:
In light of the current situation of new coronavirus pneumonia, the Zhongshan Center for Disease Control and Prevention hereby writes to you for the sake of the health of you and your family:
I. People of Hubei origin who now work and live in Zhongshan, should not return to Hubei barring special circumstances. We welcome you to stay with us to celebrate the Chinese New Year! And Zhongshan citizens should not go to Hubei barring special circumstances
II. People who return or travel to Zhongshan from Hubei, should begin to observe the health of you and your family.
All Zhongshan people are concerned about the epidemic situation of pneumonia in Hubei. According to the advice of epidemiologists, there is an incubation period of about 14 days after virus infection. If you and your family do not feel any discomfort within two weeks after leaving Hubei, we would congratulate you because it is highly probable that you have not been infected by new coronavirus. During your observation in Zhongshan, please try to do the following:
1. Try to avoid going to or attending poorly ventilated indoor parties and collective activities.
2. Please wear a face mask on means of transport and densely populated places, and try to avoid close face-to-face communications.
3. Keep the residence well ventilated, maintain a positive mind, have good rest, and improve health.
4. If you or your family develop such symptoms as weakness, fever and dry cough, please wear a face mask and seek medical attention at a nearby designated hospital.
III. Citizens should take the following prevention and control measures properly:
1. Try to avoid going to enclosed or densely populated places, such as stations, malls and cinemas, and open windows for ventilation to keep smooth airflows.
2. Please wear a face mask on means of transport and densely populated places.
3. Please cover your mouth and nose with a paper towel or elbow when coughing or sneezing.
4. Do not touch or eat wild animals.
5. Pay close attention to your health. If there is any discomfort such as fever or cough, please avoid contacting others, go to a hospital after wearing a face mask properly, tell your symptom to the medical staff at the guide desk upon arrival, and follow their guidance.
6. If you have any doubt, please call 12345 for inquiry.

市民の皆さん
新型のコロナウィルスによる肺炎の流行しています。中山市疾病予防管理センターから、皆さんとご家族の健康を守るためのお知らせです。
一、中山市で働いている、または生活されている湖北省籍の皆さん。特別な事情がない限り、できるだけ湖北省へは帰省せず、私たちと一緒にこの美しい中山市で新年を迎えましょう！市民の皆さん。特別な事情がない限り、湖北省へは行かないようにしてください。
二、湖北省から戻って、中山市に到着した皆さん。皆さんとご家族の健康状況の経過観察を開始してください。
湖北省の肺炎は中山市の市民の心にも影響を与えています。パンデミックの専門家によると、ウィルス感染後約14日間の潜伏期間があります。もし皆さんとご家族が湖北省を離れて2週間以内に体の異常が無ければ、幸いなことに皆さんとご家族は高確率で新型のコロナウィルスには感染していません。中山市での経過観察期間中は、できるだけ以下の点を実行してください。
1．通気性の悪い室内での集まりにはできるだけ参加しないでください。
2．交通機関を利用したり、人が集まる場所に行く場合は、マスクを着用し、近距離で他の人と交流することの無いよう心掛けてください。
3．通気性を保ち、楽観的な心理状態を保ち、しっかり休息をとって、体質強化に努めてください。
4．もし皆さんとご家族に、だるい、発熱、咳等の症状が現れたら、マスクを着用の上、ご近所の病院で診察を受けてください。
三、市民の皆さん。以下の予防を行ってください。
1．駅、ショッピングモール、映画館など、密閉している場所、または人が集まる場所へは行かないようにしてください。また、窓を開けて風通しを良くし、通気性を確保してください。
2．交通機関を利用したり、人が集まる場所へ行く場合、マスクの着用を心がけてください。
3．咳、くしゃみをする時は、ティッシュペーパーを利用するか、肘で鼻を抑えてください。
4．野生動物に接触したり、食べたりしないでください。
5．皆さんの健康に十分気を配ってください。もし発熱、咳等の体調不良を感じたら、他人との接触を避け、マスクを着用し、速やかに医療機関で診察を受けてください。医療機関到着後は、即座に「预检分诊台」（事前検査個別受付）で医療関係者に症状を説明し、、医療関係者の指示と診断に従ってください。

Una carta para los ciudadanos de Zhongshan
Estimados ciudadanos:
Basándose en la situación actual de la neumonía causada por el nuevo coronavirus y teniendo el propósito de proteger la salud de usted y su familia, el Centro de Prevención y Control de Enfermedades de Zhongshan le extiende la presente carta:
Primero. Sin situaciones peculiares, sugerimos que los ciudadanos originarios de Hubei que ahora trabajan o viven en Zhongshan no regresen a su pueblo natal y pasen el Año Nuevo Chino con nosotros en Zhongshan, asimismo, los ciudadanos de Zhongshan no vayan a Hubei.
Segundo. Los ciudadanos que han regresado de Hubei a Zhongshan deben observar el estado de salud de ustedes y de sus familias.
La neumonía de Hubei llama la atención de todo el pueblo de Zhongshan. Según los consejos de los epidemiólogos, la neumonía tiene un período de incubación después de la infección por el virus, que dura unos 14 días. Tercero. Los ciudadanos deberían tomar las siguientes medidas preventivas:
1. Eviten ir a lugares de espacio cerrado o abarrotados, como estaciones, centros comerciales, teatros, etc. Abran ventanas y ventilen en el interior para que circule un poco el aire.
2. Usen mascarillas conscientemente cuando utilicen medios de transporte o en lugares llenos de gente.
3. Cubran su boca y nariz con papel higiénico o codo cuando tosan o estornuden.
4. No toquen ni coman animales salvajes.
5. Presten atención a su estado de salud. Si tienen fiebre, tos u otros síntomas, eviten contactos con otros. Después de ponerse mascarillas, vayan inmediatamente a las instituciones médicas lo antes posible e informen inmediatamente al personal médico sobre los síntomas y otras condiciones después de llegar al mostrador de evaluación previa al diagnóstico. Obedezcan las orientaciones y reciban el diagnóstico del personal médico.

현재 신종 코로나 바이러스 폐렴의 전염의 상황을 고려하여, 시민 분들과 가족들의 건강을 위해, 중산시 질병 통제 방역 센터에서 시민분들께 아래의 한통 편지를 보내 드립니다:
一、중산시에서 일을 하시거나 거주하시는 후베이(湖北) 분들, 만약 특별한 사정이 없으시다면, 후베이(湖北)로 가지 않는 것을 권면합니다. 후베이(湖北)사람인 저와 함께 아름다운 중산시에서 춘절을 맞이하였으면 합니다. 각 시민분들께서도 특별한 사정이 없으시면 후베이(湖北)로 가지 않기를 바랍니다.
二、후베이(湖北)에서 중산으로 돌아오시거나, 후베이로 가신 중산 분들, 자기 자신과 가족분들의 건강상태를 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.
후베이(湖北)의 폐렴 전염의 확산이 중산 시민분들의 마음을 불안케 하고 있습니다, 전염병 전문가의 의견에 의하면, 감염 바이러스는 잠복기가 있으며, 기간은 약 14일 정도 입니다. 만일, 후베이（湖北）에서 2주안으로 자기 자신 혹은 가족에게 아무런 신체의 이상이 없을 경우, 높은 확률로 신종 코로나 바이러스에 감염되지 않은 것이기에, 안심하셔도 됩니다. 중산시에서 관찰하는 기간동안, 아래의 사항에 준수하시기를 바랍니다:
1. 환기 조건이 안 좋은 밀폐된 공간에서의 실내에서의 모임이나 단체활동을 삼가기 바랍니다.
2. 대중 교통시설을 이용하시거나 사람들이 밀집한 장소에서는 마스크를 착용하시기를 바라며, 근거리로 사람과의 접촉을 삼가기 바랍니다.
3. 거주 장소의 원활한 환기를 유지 시키고, 낙관적인 심리상태를 가지고, 충분한 휴식과 체력 단련을 권장합니다.
4. 만일 신체의 무기력함, 발열, 마른기침 등의 증상이 확인되면, 마스크를 착용하고 곧 바로 근처에 있는 지정 병원을 방문하여 주시기 바랍니다.
三、모든 시민분들은 아래의 방역 정책을 준수해 주시기 바랍니다：
1. 밀폐된 장소나, 사람들이 밀집한 장소를 삼가기 바라며(정거장, 상가, 영화관 등), 실내에서는 창문을 열어 원활한 환기를 해주시기 바랍니다.
2. 교통시설을 이용하거나, 사람들이 밀집하고 밀폐된 장소에서는 마스크를 착용해 주시기 바랍니다.
3. 기침 혹은 재채기를 할 경우, 휴지나 옷 소매로 입과 코를 가려주시기 바랍니다.
4. 야생동물의 접촉을 피하고, 식용하지 마시기 바랍니다.
5. 자기 자신의 건강 상태를 수시로 확인하시고, 발열, 기침 등의 증상이 있을 경우, 타인과의 접촉을 삼가고, 마스크를 착용하여 의료기관으로 가셔서 진단을 받으시기 바랍니다.

市民朋友们：
基于目前新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情形势，为了保护您和家人的健康，中山市疾病预防控制中心向您授信一封，请您亲启：
一、在中山工作和生活的湖北籍的乡亲们，如果没有特殊情况，尽量不回湖北老家，和我这个老乡一起在美丽中山辞旧迎新吧！各位市民如无特殊情况也不要前往湖北。
二、从湖北返（抵）中山的朋友，请您开始观察自己和家人的健康状况。
湖北的肺炎疫情牵动所有中山人民的心，基于流行病学专家的建议，感染病毒后有一个潜伏期，时间大概14天。如果您和家人在离开湖北2个星期内都没有出现任何的身体不适，那我们恭喜您和您的家人，有很大的概率没有感染新型冠状病毒。在中山观察期间，请您和您的家人尽量做到以下几点：
1. 请尽量避免前往或参加通风条件不好的室内聚会和集体活动。
2. 乘坐交通工具、在人员密集的场所请自觉佩戴口罩，尽量避免近距离与人面对面的交流。
3. 保持住所良好的通风，保持乐观心态，注意休息、增强体质。
4. 如果您或您的家人出现了乏力、发热、干咳等症状，请戴上口罩马上到就近的定点医院就医。
三、广大市民做好以下防控措施：
1. 尽量避免前往密闭或者人群密集的场所，如车站、商场、影院等，室内注意开窗通风，保持空气通畅。
2. 乘坐交通工具时，或在人群密闭的场所自觉佩戴口罩。
3. 咳嗽或打喷嚏时，请用纸巾或者肘部捂住口鼻。
4. 不要接触或食用野生动物。
5. 密切关注自己的健康状况，如果发热咳嗽等不适症状，请自觉避免接触他人，佩戴好口罩后，尽快到医疗机构就诊，到达后马上到预检分诊台告知医护人员症状等情况，听从医护人员的指引和就诊。
